CHENG ZHOU, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor, is the Dean of the School of Health Humanities of Peking University, and Deputy Dean of Academy of Science and Culture of China Association for Science and Technology -Peking University. CHENG ZHOU, Ph.D., graduated from Department of Multidisciplinary Sciences, Graduate School of Arts and Sciences of University of Tokyo, Japan; Managing Director of the Chinese Association of Science of Science and S&T Policy Research and Director of the Special Committee on Science and Culture; Managing Director of China Association of Development Strategy Studies and Executive Deputy Director of Professional Committee on Innovation Strategy.

He used to be the Foreign Distinguished Researcher in the Science and Technology Policy Office of the Center for Advanced Science and Technology of the University of Tokyo; and the Deputy Director of Department of Scientific Research of Peking University etc. His main research directions are science & technology and society, innovation management and science & technology policy.
